*PLEASE NOTE: For larger items such as scooters and sleds that are delivered by courier, please contact us for an estimate of delivery costs. Heavy items such as dog stakes, chains and stake-out lines will require additional postage charges. Please email or phone us if you have any queries about delivery fees or for an exact quote on postage costs for your order. Delivery time Allow 1 to 3 weeks delivery on most items - we try to process orders as quickly as possible and usually within 10 working days, but actual delivery time will depend on availability of stock, size of order and whether you order on or off-peak (we are at our busiest between March and September). Please allow extra time for personalised items, such as name-tags, or special orders. You are welcome to email us for an estimate of delivery time. Please let us know if you need your items urgently and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Exchanges & Refunds If you are unsatisfied with the fit* of your harness, please return it within 14 days with details of the alterations that need to be made and a payment of $5.00* for return postage of a replacement harness. If you are not satisfied with any item, please notify us of the problem and return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund - returned items must be in original condition. Please note that goods are guaranteed against manufacturing or material faults - products displaying such faults should be returned within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Products are not guaranteed if used inappropriately, not maintained correctly or if chewed by your dog! *If incorrect fit is our fault the harness will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer.*If goods are faulty or not as you specified, we will cover postage costs.
Prices & Discounts Our price list is in Australian dollars. Discounts* apply for larger dog gear orders, with a 5% discount offered for goods totalling over $125.00 and a 10% discount for goods totalling over $250.00. * Please note that discounts do not apply to all products and are subject to approval. Discounts do not apply to products that retail for $100 or more including some backpacks, scooters, carts, sleds, sled bags & sledding accessories and other large or custom-made items. Discounts do not apply to 'Windchill Sports' products.
